    • Orders placed before 3:00 PM and in stock are shipped the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
    • Expected delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. If this isn’t possible, we will inform you.

    • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are not included in the listed prices.
    • Delivery is handled by a postal or parcel carrier, usually the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

    Our non-alcohol formula ensures a longer-lasting scent—over 4 months—compared to standard reed diffusers, which often last only one month.
